STEP 2
PRE-CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT & PLANNING
To ensure your vision is realized with precision, we begin with a Pre-Construction Agreement. This paid, professional services agreement secures our commitment to creating a comprehensive design plan tailored to your needs. Collaborating with trusted professionals or working with your preferred architects and designers for larger projects, we’ll develop detailed plans and specifications that align with your goals. This step sets the foundation for a seamless remodeling experience, giving you clarity and confidence before construction begins.
STEP 3
COMPREHENSIVE PROPOSAL & CONTRACT
Transparency is key. We’ll go above and beyond industry standards to provide a highly detailed proposal and contract outlining every aspect of your project, so there are no surprises. We will take the time to walk you through the proposal so you understand our commitment and what is also expected of you as the client. We aim to make you feel confident and informed before moving forward.

CLIENT PORTAL ACCESS
From the moment your project begins, you’ll have 24/7 access to our cutting-edge client portal. You can leverage the portal to track the job schedule, navigate your selection process, share ideas, view relevant updates, easily review and pay invoices, and communicate directly with our team—all from the comfort of your home or on the go.

CONSTRUCTION EXCELLENCE

ONGOING COMMUNICATION
As a client, you’ll never be left in the dark. Your dedicated project manager will provide a full overview of the schedule and any changes, which you will have access to 24/7 through your JobTread portal. Our team also provides communication through Daily Logs, delivered to your portal and inbox, as well as a bigger Weekly Update every Monday as we kickoff the week, so you can stay full tuned in. Our team is here to address any questions as they come up throughout the process. Our overall goal is to make your experience stress-free and enjoyable.

FINAL WALKTHROUGH & CELEBRATION
Before we consider the job complete, we’ll walk through the finished space with you to ensure every detail meets your approval. Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal, and we’re confident you’ll love the transformation. Every client is provided a detailed maintenance packet so you understand how to best take care of your space in the years to come.
OUR WORK, GUARANTEED
All workmanship is covered by a two-year warranty from the date of substantial completion. Manufacturer warranties for materials and fixtures are passed through to you, and we’ll provide documentation and guidance as needed. If any issues arise during the warranty period, we’re here to help!
