Today, he combines decades of hands-on craftsmanship with a deep understanding of project planning, building science, and residential remodeling.

Before joining Dignan Construction, Jill built a successful career as a C-suite executive in the tech consulting industry, where she led sales, business growth, operations, and client strategy for organizations serving Fortune 500 and enterprise clients.

Jill made the decision to step away from corporate life in 2025 to join Donal in leading Dignan Construction. Today, Jill brings her strategic mindset, obsession over operational excellence, and commitment to exceptional client service to every remodeling project. Jill oversees the behind-the-scenes planning, communication, and logistics that keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. Passionate about creating an organized, transparent, and highly personalized experience, she helps clients navigate the remodeling process with confidence—ensuring every detail is thoughtfully managed and every expectation is met.

Jarod has been a trusted member of the team for almost a decade and is a driving force at Dignan Construction, earning the confidence of both clients, colleagues, and partners through his craftsmanship, integrity, and steady leadership. As a career carpenter with decades of hands-on experience, he has honed his expertise in frame-to-finish carpentry, ensuring that each home is beautifully crafted.

OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Mary brings a strong operational and administrative background to the Dignan Construction team. Mary plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations at Dignan Construction through organization, communication, and attention to detail. She manages project documentation, coordinates operational tasks, and helps keep information accurate and up to date across the team.

With a passion for efficiency and providing excellent support, Mary works behind the scenes to ensure projects run smoothly and clients receive a seamless experience throughout every stage of the remodeling process.
