About the Role

As a Lead Carpenter, you will serve as the main point of contact on-site for our top residential projects. You will be responsible for overseeing and executing a range of projects while ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

As a Lead Carpenter, you will play an integral role in shaping the success and reputation of our growing company.

The ideal candidate has a proven background in frame to finish carpentry, has demonstrated a commitment to quality and learning, possesses intricate knowledge of residential remodeling and the related trades, and has successfully led a crew of in-house labor and subcontractors in past roles. Additionally, the Lead Carpenter should maintain an inventory of power tools and equipment and must understand how to properly use them.
